- RIBN has the right balance of a relaxed and friendly atmosphere, but with enough focus on business for referrals to happen naturally and frequently. - The independent business group is a group of people who have a wide range of professions. The atmosphere is relaxed at our meetings and lots of ideas are sourced. A good breakfast and tea and coffee etc is included, plus a good helping of banter.
